Lancashire Wildlife Trust

In January we enjoyed a whistle-stop Zoom tour of the work of Lancashire Wildlife Trust, through an illustrated talk by Louise Bentley, one of the Trust’s volunteers. Louise covered a great deal of ground, from projects to help Water Voles and Red Squirrels, to wetland and sand dune restoration work, and much more.

If you love nature and the environment you should be a member of your local Wildlife Trust. It’s a great way of helping wildlife in your area – even better if you can volunteer your time as well – and the more members, the louder their voice when talking to local politicians.
